Brian Cichy the owner and founder of Gusto Plumbing has been in the plumbing trade for over two decades. He founded the company in 2023 with the goal of providing the kind of plumbing service he would want for his own home and family.

The name Gusto was inspired by Brian's Boston Terrier, Gus, and by the meaning behind the word itself- doing something with enthusiasm, energy and passion. It was a perfect fit for the kind of company Brian wanted to build: one that brings gusto and passion to every service.

For Brian its not just about plumbing- its about providing a level of service that can be hard to find these days. That means being there when customers need help, offering same-day service, providing clear options and treating every home with care and respect.

Brian also believes homeowners should understand what's happening with their plumbing before make a decision. By taking the time to explain the problem, walk customers through their options, answers their questions and help them make an informed decision about what works best for their home and budget.
